The psycological file evidences a strong-willed character, able to make quick and effective decisions even under great stress. On the other hand, the subject has a tendency to use violence to solve problems and to impose leadership through threat rather than authority.

Due to this brilliant result, they were sent to Slavironia, to investigate possible deleterious actions carried out by its representatives there. He has already experience in an operational theater. In fact, he was posted in Northern Ireland during the clashes between the British Army and the IRA.
It seems that he played a double role: tending not only his fellow comrades but also giving aids to the catholic civilians, opponents of the British occupation/reaction. 
But everything changes, after that bomb detonated by IRA terrorism. His comrades all died and he was wounded in one leg. He still limps from that incident when tired.
Since that time he seems to have lost all empathy for his fellows and treats his patients as machines to be repaired rather than as people. To be carefully evaluated.

O'Malley is one of Eire's best-trained field operatives. After a childhood spent in Belfast he moved to the Republic of Ireland also both for his Catholic beliefs and his declared nationalistic and anti-British positions. Some fights and violent behavior when provoked have been noted in his dossier, but also a kind and compassionate disposition towards weaker and oppressed and he’s always ready to help comrades in difficulty: Suitable for an armed escort position.

Originally of Orthodox faith, they recently declared themself an atheist with an act of abjuration of their own religion. To be kept in mind as an interpreter in case of operational missions on the soil of Slavironia.

An expert in ballistics, explosives and all kinds of weapons, he is also a good comrade-in-arms to his colleagues because he is good-humoured and good company. He is totally devoid of any career interest, and is characterized by attracting the goodwill of his companions on missions, due to his friendly and ironic smile and his witty remarks.
