The psycological file evidences a strong-willed character, able to make quick and effective decisions even under great stress. On the other hand, the subject has a tendency to use violence to solve problems and to impose leadership through threat rather than authority.

He has already experience in an operational theater. In fact, he was posted in Northern Ireland during the clashes between the British Army and the IRA.
It seems that he played a double role: tending not only his fellow comrades but also giving aids to the catholic civilians, opponents of the British occupation/reaction. 
But everything changes, after that bomb detonated by IRA terrorism. His comrades all died and he was wounded in one leg. He still limps from that incident when tired.
Since that time he seems to have lost all empathy for his fellows and treats his patients as machines to be repaired rather than as people. To be carefully evaluated.

Despite Darcy's high quality work, according to many UN communications experts, they have been crucial to the success of the famous anchorman/woman, they also have always remained in the shadows, receiving little or no recognition for their professionalism. According to our psi-ops officers Darcy seems to be showing all signs of a clear desire to disengage from their cumbersome colleague and could use the mission in Bosnia for their own purpose.

Brooks is a PRX channel TV star, with their own weekly investigative journalism show with an aggressive style. Brooks is famous for their uncomfortable interviews and the direct and outspoken questions to powerful ones, as well as for not being afraid to plunge the knife without care into the souls of those who have been tragically wronged. With such an exhibitionist, provocative, fascinating, glamorous, arrogant and polemical character, this office was very surprised to suddenly see them appearing among the UN accredited media. There is no trace of how such an uncomfortable journalist could have become one of the voices of the UN glass building, therefore, not having sufficient data, we advise against their involvement on the field.

Based somewehere inside the UN building in New York City as military advisor, he mantain the role of Chief of the Military Police of the United Nations. A nearly 60 years old officer, Xray has also been renowed to have succeded to free several hostage in various worldwide crisis.
